Username and password

Your IT accesses allow you to access many services of the HES-SO Valais-Wallis, the HES-SO and Switch. Your username and initial password can be found in the welcome e-mail sent by the Service Desk or in the welcome document provided by the administration. 

Please note that different usernames are used for different resources:

• Username without extension (e.g. william.shakespe) allow access to following resources :
  • Computer in classroom
  • Printing System
  • Wi-Fi : secure-hevs
  • VPN client (Pulse Secure)
• Username followed by @hes-so.ch (e.g. william.shakespe@hes-so.ch) allow access to following resources :
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Wi-Fi : Eduroam
